SOLUTION

To resolve the issue, we implemented a comprehensive backbone infrastructure within the building. This involved running a connection from the MDF (Main Distribution Frame) to the roof, where we installed multi-directional cellular antennas designed to provide optimal reception regardless of the provider.

From the MDF to the roof, we integrated cellular transmitters throughout the building, ensuring seamless distribution of cellular connectivity to every suite and common area. This solution successfully extended reliable cellular coverage to all parts of the building. As a result, they now enjoy exceptional cellular reception throughout their facility.
